COAST Restaurant at Ocean House in Watch Hill hosted a pairing dinner featuring the renowned Napa Valley wines of Hourglass on Nov. 9, guided by special guest, Hourglass Founder Jeff Smith. The event showcased cuisine prepared by COAST’s Executive Chef Matt Voskuil and Chef de Cuisine Andrew Scola, tailored to pair with select Hourglass wines. Guests enjoyed Hourglass Estate Sauvignon Blanc 2021, Hourglass Blueline Estate Merlot 2020, Hourglass Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2019, Hourglass Blueline Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 and Hourglass HG III Proprietary Red Blend 2018 throughout the evening, as well as a firsthand educational experience from Smith.
