New York-based importer and marketer Palm Bay International became the U.S. importer of record for Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte beginning Jan. 1. Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte is currently ranked as the No. 1 best-selling Champagne in France and the No. 3 best-selling Champagne in the world (IWSR 2024 on full-year 2023 data). Its origin story centers around Henri Macquart, founder of the Centre Vinicole de la Champagne, and Nicolas Feuillatte, a local businessman. Headquartered at the Vinicole, Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte was officially founded in 1976, in the heart of the Côte des Blancs. Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte comprises 5,000 member growers across the entire appellation—accounting for one in three growers in the region—and spans the Côte des Blancs, the Côte de Bar, Montagne de Reims and the Vallée de la Marne. This includes 11 of the region’s 17 Grands Crus and 26 of its 42 Premiers Crus.
