Peel Liqueurs held a ribbon cutting for its new 2,000-square-foot facility in New Britain, called Central Connecticut Distillers, on June 10, 2015. The new distillery will produce 15,000 bottles of Peel products per month. Peel Liqueurs offers award-winning Limoncello, Bananacello and Cremoncello, all of which are handmade and all natural. Guests were able to sample each liqueur, as well as taste Peel Lemon Soda, which is made in collaboration with Avery Soda, also based in New Britain. Peel Liqueurs is now part of the Allan S. Goodman portfolio.
