Offerings from the Piu Facile Imports portfolio were featured at on-premise venues and retail locations throughout Connecticut during March. Chef Gennaro Colella, Owner, Il Monticello Banquet & Catering in Meriden, highlighted his use of XXX Tennessee Whiskey Caramel flavor in his monkey bread recipe during a St. Patrick’s Day celebration on March 17. The XXX Tennessee Whiskey line is available in S’Mores, Salted Caramel, Espresso and Cinnamon flavors. XXX Tennessee Espresso was added to tiramisu, with a shot of XXX Tennessee moonshine dream cream for dessert, during a four-course dinner at Gagliardi’s Restaurant in North Haven on March 27. Piu Facile’s Guardia 33 line of red wines were also featured on the menu. Piu Facile’s other Tennessee whiskey, Hellboy Hell Water Cinnamon Whiskey, made appearances at Connecticut Beverage Mart in Middletown and at the 10th Sammy’s Buy Rite Wethersfield fundraiser for Mary’s Place in Glastonbury. Mary’s Place is a non-profit organization that offers services and support children, teens and families who are grieving a death.
