Rhode Island-based brands showcased their tastes at the 15th annual Sun Wine & Food Fest took place at Mohegan Sun during the weekend of January 26-28. Brands at the Grand Tasting included Grey Sail Brewing, Revival Brewing and Caroline’s Sakonnet Vineyard. The Saturday tasting featured more than 1,000 brands of beer, wine and spirits, along with food from local restaurants and cooking demonstrations with celebrity chefs. Close to 10,000 people attended the three-day festival, and a portion of the proceeds benefited Connecticut’s Channel 3 Kids Camp charity.
