A screening of the documentary “The Craft: Rhode Island,” an independent film exploring the local craft beer industry, was hosted at RISD Museum in Providence as part of the Rhode Island International Film Festival on August 10. The new film, which won the Providence Film Festival Award Grand Prize at the Rhode Island International Film Festival, is directed by Dave Ricci, Co-founder and CEO of Eleven Design, LLC. Featuring Union Station Brewery, Coddington Brewing Company, Ravenous Brewing Company, Whalers Brewing Company, Foolproof Brewing Company, Shaidzon Beer Company, Crooked Current Brewery, Newport Craft Brewing + Distilling Co., Grey Sail Brewing, Proclamation Ale Company, Revival Brewing Co., The Guild: Tap Room, Trinity Brewhouse, Tilted Barn Brewery, Providence Brewing Company, Narragansett Beer, LineSider Brewing Co. and Long Live Beerworks, the documentary takes viewers behind the scenes with a look into Rhode Island’s booming craft beer industry.
