Rhode Island Spirits hosted a fundraising event to benefit Providence ¡CityArts! for Youth at its location in Pawtucket on July 25. During the Cocktails for a Cause event, Rhode Island Spirits Co-owners Cathy Plourde and Kara Larson created craft cocktails for guests using spirits and liqueurs from the company’s Rhodium spirits line. Each sale benefited after-school programs for the not-for-profit community-based arts organization, whose mission is to provide free, professional arts education and training to young people in Providence. Rhode Island Spirits produces Rhodium Vodka and Rhodium Gin, both organic spirits crafted with botanicals grown and harvested in the Blackstone Valley, along with its new Rhodium Grapefruitcello Liqueur and Limoncello Liqueur.
- The Rhode Island Spirits’ Rhodium Spirits line includes new Rhodium Grapefruitcello Liqueur, Rhodium Limoncello Liqueur, Rhodium Gin and Rhodium Vodka.
- Signature event cocktails at the Cocktails for a Cause event: the Southside, featuring Rhodium Gin; the Grapefruitcello Mule, featuring Rhodium Vodka and Rhodium Grapefruitcello Liqueur; and the Madras, a blend of Rhodium Vodka, orange, cranberry and lime juice.
