
International Chefs Congress was held in Brooklyn, New York on October 27, 2014, where Rhode Island took center stage among the hundreds gathered. Presented by StarChefs.com, the 9th Annual International Chefs Congress is a culinary symposium that gathers more than 100 of the world’s most innovative chefs, pastry chefs, mixologists and sommeliers to present the latest techniques and culinary concepts to their peers. This year’s theme was “Cooking Honest: The Power of Authenticity in the Kitchen.” Rhode Island winners of StarChefs.com annual Rising Stars selections were on hand presenting their skills.
