Rhody Foody celebrated its 10-year anniversary with a guest bartending event at Warwick’s The Event Factory Kitchen & Stage on Aug. 29. Bar and restaurant industry veterans turned out in support, joining host Lupe Aguilar, Founder, Rhody Foody, and guest bartenders Mario Hilario, NBC 10 News Anchor and Studio 10 WJAR Host; Lindsay Iadeluca, Vice President, Rhody Foody and Board Member, Glimmer of Hope; Sean O’Neale, Bartender, Vanda Cucina; Gabe Sears, The Event Factory Kitchen & Stage and The Social House; Justin Conrad; Barbi Jo DiMaria, Midday Host, 92 PRO-FM; Maggie Longo, RI Small Business Development Center and Founding Member, RI Bartenders’ Guild; and Maddie Levine, Host, Fun 107 Morning Show. All proceeds from tickets, raffle sales and bartender tips benefited Glimmer of Hope, a nonprofit organization working to bring hope to families battling childhood cancer.
