By April 24, 2024Top News, VIPs

Rodney Strong Wine Estates announced in March that Carmen Castaldi, who has served as President of the Sonoma County-based company for nearly 20 years, is retiring. He will serve as Senior Adviser to the Board. The company will not hire a new president and will have a trio of executives running operations, announcing the promotion of Anthony “AC” Capobianco to Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Capobianco, along with Tobin Ginter, Chief Financial and Operations Officer, and Justin Seidenfeld, Senior Vice President of Winemaking and Winegrowing, will collaboratively oversee operations and lead the organization moving forward. Rodney Strong Wine Estates includes Rodney Strong Vineyards, Davis Bynum Wines, Knotty Vines, Upshot Wines and Rowen Wine Company. The group sustainably farms 12 estate vineyards across almost 1,200 acres.
