Roger Williams Hosts Annual Brew Fest

Providence’s Roger Williams Park Zoo hosted its annual tasting event, Brew at the Zoo, on Aug. 24. Guests sampled more than 170 craft beers, hard seltzers and ready-to-drink cocktails from over 100 local and national producers and craft brewers. During the event, which is Rhode Island’s largest outdoor beer festival, ticket holders enjoyed live entertainment by Pub Kings and Supertusk while viewing the zoo’s more than 150 animals from around the world. Proceeds from the fundraiser benefited the zoo and will be used to provide care for its animals, as well as for educational and conservation programming.
