
Rooftop at Providence G hosted its first wine dinner of the new year featuring Stonington, Connecticut’s Jonathan Edwards Winery on January 30. Guests enjoyed a four-course dinner prepared by Chef Robert Sisca paired with select wines from the Jonathan Edwards portfolio. Guests were also treated to an educational presentation about the family-owned winery’s history and its winemaking techniques during dinner. Jonathan Edwards handcrafts both premium Napa Valley, California and Estate Connecticut wines to highlight both coasts’ unique climate.
