
Jen Davis of The Eddy was a featured guest bartender at Sarto’s “Takeover Tuesday” on September 24. During the event, which was sponsored by Campari, Davis created five signature cocktails for the evening featuring Espolòn Tequila, Amaro Averna, Aperol Aperitivo, Braulio Amaro and Campari Milano. Sarto hosted a different Providence-based bartender each Tuesday this fall, showcasing their unique talents as they created cocktails for guests to enjoy. Local bartenders also featured during the program included Luke Tabor and Michele Lukenfryer from Far West PVD, Catherine Hood of Eight Seas Tiki and Leishla Maldonado of the Courtland Club, each benefiting a local charity as well. Davis donated 100% of her tips to Dorcas International Institute of Rhode Island, a nonprofit organization providing programs and services to the immigrant community of Rhode Island.
