
Save the Bay, the charitable organization dedicated to the preservation of Narragansett Bay, hosted its Taste of the Bay fundraising event at the Bay Center in Providence on June 16. The event featured food and drink from more than 30 vendors, including local restaurants, shellfish purveyors and bakeries. Over 20 local restaurants offered festival eats, including Matunuck Oyster Bar, McGrath Clambakes, Mill’s Tavern and Durk’s Bar-B-Q. Guests also enjoyed beverages from beer, wine and spirits suppliers, including Sons of Liberty Beer & Spirits Co., Narragansett Beer, Whalers Brewing Company, Foolproof Brewing Company, Gooseneck Vineyards and Fishers Island Lemonade, among offerings.
