
Metacom Kitchen hosted a pop-up wine-pairing dinner at Scales & Shells in Newport on Nov. 20. Prepared by Chef Rick Allaire, guests enjoyed a six-course meal paired with Giannitessari Pinot Noir, Arnaldo Rivera Barolo Undicicomuni, Mastroberardino Lacryma Christi del Vesuvio, Ruttenstock Grüner Veltliner and Château Toutigeac Bordeaux along with craft cocktails created by Bar Manager Minda Fujimoto.
