
Slocum & Sons presented a fine wine pairing dinner, By the Sea, By the Fire, hosted by Dave “The Wine Guy” Brause at Guilford Mooring, on February 6, 2019. Guests enjoyed five courses of cuisine prepared by Guilford Mooring’s Executive Chef Anthony Pellegrini, paired with a selection of wines from around the world. Wines experienced during dinner included Segura Viudas Cava Rosé, from Spain; Cap Royal Blanc Bordeaux, from France; Cline Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir, from California; Amalaya Estate Malbec, from Argentina; and Nuval Black dessert wine, from Portugal.
