The 15th annual Sun Wine & Food Fest took place at Mohegan Sun during the weekend of January 26–28. The event began on Friday with a Bourbon Tasting and a Divine Delights wine and dessert pairing event. On Saturday, the Grand Tasting featured more than 1,000 brands of beer, wine and spirits, along with food from local restaurants and cooking demonstrations with celebrity chefs. A Vintage Cru event, highlighting tastes of the world’s top vintage wines, was held inside the venue’s Cabaret Theatre. On Saturday evening, guests enjoyed food prepared by celebrity chefs paired with wine or beer during the Celebrity Chef Dine Around. The weekend festivities closed with a Sunday Brunch, featuring Martha Stewart and Snoop Dogg. Almost 10,000 people attended the three-day festival. A portion of the proceeds benefited the Channel 3 Kids Camp charity.
