Thomas Hooker Brewing Company opened its Thomas Hooker Test Kitchen, a “craft beer lounge,” where they will offer “local, fresh and cutting edge, outside-the-box beers.” The kick off was held in the permanent location in the Race Book at the Mohegan Sun Casino. The Hooker Test Kitchen will host a monthly open house on the final Friday of every month, and have five beers regularly rotating through the lines, including special offerings that will be available only on-site.
