
The United States Bartenders’ Guild (USBG) Connecticut Civil War Bartending Competition, hosted by Eder Bros., Inc., and Allan S. Goodman, continued with the North’s round two in May. The competition hosts 10 events in venues across the state, with “North” against “South” bar talent and locations. The North’s second-round event took place at ON20 in Hartford on May 13. Alexa Doyer of Tisane won first place, Clarissa LoNero of Butchers & Bakers won second place and Jason McClellan of BAR won third place.
