
COAST restaurant at Ocean House in Watch Hill hosted a pairing dinner featuring California’s Amulet Estate wines on April 26. Guests enjoyed multiple courses of cuisine prepared by Executive Chef Terence Feury and his culinary team, each with a selected Amulet wine. Special guest Shawn Johnson, Winemaker, Amulet Estate, educated guests on the background of the Napa Valley-based winery and its featured wines: Amulet Estate White Field Blend, “AE” Cabernet Sauvignon, Beckstoffer Vineyard Georges III Cabernet Sauvignon and Red Wine. Located on 20 acres in the hills of the northern Napa Valley, Amulet Estate is renowned for its four limited-production, handcrafted 100% varietal Cabernet Sauvignons. It also produces a Chardonnay from its Platt Vineyard and its Amulet Estate Red Wine, a blend of its best barrels from several single vineyard sites. The wines are distributed by Mancini Beverage – Martignetti division.
