
The wines of Napa Valley’s Chappellet Winery were featured during a pairing dinner at Ocean House venue COAST in Westerly on Oct. 11. During the Chappellet Vintner Dinner, guests enjoyed four courses of cuisine prepared by the culinary team at COAST, each paired with a different Chappellet wine. Chappellet Winery’s Cyril Chappellet, President and CEO, and Blakesley Chappellet, Director of Strategic Initiatives and Lifestyle Author, were in attendance to present the selections to guests. During the evening, guests tasted Chappellet Signature Chenin Blanc, Grower Collection Calesa Chardonnay, Grower Collection Russian River Valley Pinot Noir, Signature Cabernet Sauvignon, Pritchard Hill Cabernet Sauvignon and Petite Sirah Dessert Wine. The wines are available in the state through Mancini Beverage – Rhode Island Distributing division.
