St. Agrestis offers a line of Italian aperitivos and digestifs, celebrating the traditions of Italian spirits using old-world methods and real herbs, spices and citrus. The nonalcoholic version is created for fans of the flavors in ready-to-drink classic cocktails. Like its spirited counterparts, Phony Negroni, Phony Mezcal Negroni and Amaro Falso each meld all-natural citrus, botanical and herbal ingredients but embrace alternative extraction techniques and carbonation to replicate the negroni’s bitter profile.
