
Providence’s Hope Club hosted a sumptuous game dinner featuring wines from Wine Wizards on Jan. 15. Guests enjoyed four courses of cuisine such as rabbit and pork cheek terrine, foie gras stuffed roasted quail and pan-seared loin of elk paired with Bott Frères Crémant d’Alsace Blanc de Noirs, Clos Roussely L’Escale Touraine Sauvignon Blanc, Domaine des Bosquets Gigondas, Failla Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir and Broadbent Madeira Reserve Five Years Old.
