
The wines of Maison Louis Jadot were highlighted during a wine pairing dinner at The Spiced Pear at Newport’s The Chanler at Cliff Walk on February 11. Christian Dalbavie, French Portfolio Manager Northeast of Kobrand Corporation, presented the wines, history and education to guests, who enjoyed a dinner prepared by The Chanler’s Executive Chef and Director of Food & Beverage, Matthew Voskuil. Situated on nearly 280 acres of the Cote d’Or’s most prestigious Premier and Grand Cru plots in Burgundy, Maison Louis Jadot was founded by Louis Henry Jadot in 1859. Kobrand’s French portfolio includes Maison Louis Jadot, Taittinger Champagne and Domaine Zind-Humbrecht among many others.
